@tentennalings I DO I DO i love canned tuna! i always get StarKist Chunk Light tuna in like water. its so filling and low cal, i mix in some kewpie, sriracha, a small splash of seseme oil and some seasonings. i love eating it with seaweed omg, always a go to omad when im locked in

why doesn't anyone eat canned tuna on edtwt its such an easy way to get protein without eating a bar of birthday cake flavored chalk. on average the same amt of protein with less cals
