@DJBluePDX Hi! That doesn't' sound right -- what software are you using to stream? If you fire a test alert from our overlay editor (make sure to unmute sounds), do they play inside the editor? ^L

@wmwadeii @WatchMixer Looks like this was a bug on Mixer side where we didn't get fully unbanned 😞 This should be fixed now regardless, sorry about the frustration! ^L

@StreamJar @WatchMixer Sorry I meant I tried the test from the overlay it normally shows in chat. I did try both !ping and !commands and neither worked.

Hope somebody can help, @watchmixer muted my @streamjar and deleted all the messages. Any Ideas? I turned off Catbot and promoted it to a Mod but the automated messages haven't show up.

@wmwadeii @WatchMixer could you link the tweet? a command like !ping should confirm the bot is active.

@StreamJar @WatchMixer I tried unbanning, and also de-associated and re-associated the account and bot still no go when I try a test tweet.

@StreamJar @WatchMixer So just finished a stream and no posts, however the old posts dont show blocked anymore. Any ideas?

@StreamJar Hey guys, I've only just noticed, is there no notifications/settings for Twitch Bits? Someone cheered some bits during my last stream and they didn't get a notification play :(

@KellowaySG Hi! 👋It looks like the bot's currently banned in your channel, so it'll be able to see chat messages but won't be able to reply or show up in the viewer list. Let us know if there's anything we can help with 😊^E

Aso you guys should add a clause to timed messages that stops them being posted until X messages have been posted in chat :D right now my chat fills up with timed messages :)

@lilbabyboom33 Hi! Sorry for the confusion, our Spotify integration is for displaying the now playing on stream, but not playing audio. This is something we're unable to support due to limitations with Spotify itself. ^L

@StreamJar I just switched to stream jar and connected spotify to use in lightstream I am able to see the music that's playing from spotify but however it will not come thur for myself or anyone else to hear!! I recently used botisimo!! Can anyone help with what to do!!! T.I.A
