@Streamdays @nwsecuritygroup Well that, at least is good news. Might it actually give us audio from our Panasonic SW175 when it finally works? Looking at alternative PTZs, I don't seem to see any Axis models with built-in microphones. Are there any low profile models at the lower price end that would work?

Hey, @Streamdays, a year ago you promised you were developing - and would soon release - a script to allow our @nwsecuritygroup camera to work on modern iPhones. We’ve heard nothing since, and still a dead Cam2 in Chrome, Safari, Ffox, Edge & Opera. Any chance of an update?

@derbyperegrines @nwsecuritygroup There is an option for a low-cost outdoor camera to have audio integrated to it. I will DM the details to you.

@derbyperegrines @nwsecuritygroup The audio issue is one of the old Panasonic camera simply not being compatible. Many Axis PTZ cameras (e.g. M5525-E) have audio support (none with built-in mics) via line-in.

All services running as normal today.

@derbyperegrines @nwsecuritygroup I understand your frustration, of course, and share it. We don't have a firm timescale for this other than to say that we have a fix, but we've not been able yet to make work across all customers. I'd know the technical details, but I know we are close.

@Streamdays @nwsecuritygroup Could we have a realistic timeline for when this will happen, please ? We purchased cameras from you expecting they’d work and also have audio. Now I have neither. It’s immensely frustrating and causing us to consider going elsewhere for our streaming services.

Minor disruption upcoming. We will be migrating streams across to a different datacentre. A short period of downtime is expected as we do so.

All services and streams are working again as normal. Please accept our apologies for this outage.

We're delighted that the issue has now been resolved and all streams are coming back online. We will monitor the situation closely for a while before closing this incident.

The problem has been identified and our network provider is now working to fix it.

Our network provider cannot yet tell us just how long this issue will last. However, they assure us they are working very hard to resolve the issue.

Our network providers are still investigating the issue with live streams.

We are very sorry about this extended downtime for live streams. The problem lies in the network layer which we do not control, so we are pushing our providers for a fix ASAP.

We are aware of an issue with our underlying streaming servers and are working with our providers to resolve it. Updates here...

Our maintenance has been performed successfully, with less than 1 minute of downtime for customers.

The Streamdays platform will be undergoing maintenance between 1900 and 2300 (UK time). All streams will be affected for a short time within this window.
