@the_ace_face Well, given you didn't mention the larger picture, it did seem like a bit of a hit piece! Why not acknowledge that Wayne's films were not alone in being problematic (by today's standards)? Or that he was rarely the man in charge but simply a hired hand?

@StreamingNow1 Hey @StreamingNow1 your right of course these are things that can be applied to most Westerns from that era. This list was just using John Wayne as an example as he was such a prominent figure. I hope you wouldn’t consider it a hit piece as I’m a big fan of those movies!

@BoozeApe @criterionchannl @letterboxd That would be better than nothing, certainly (it's what Hulu and Amazon do). Ironically, one of the only things I like about Netflix's interface is the ability to see your viewing history. Kanopy has it, too. Hulu used to.

@criterionchannl Is there any way to see our viewing history on the channel? If not, do you have any plans to enable such a function? Am starting to lose track of all the great things I've watched, and it would be really handy to see a list. Thanks.
