This woman was going home when she saw a car traveling slowly in the lane in front of her. She decides to pass it and be on her way. When she was close to her home she suddenly became aware that the man she passed was following her. She tried to turn around in a parking lot to head to the police station by her house but due to construction she had to pull into a parking space to turn around. The man tried to block her in, gets out of his car and flashes his drivers license at her as if he was law enforcement. She was able to back out to the left and escape as he punches her window. This man should be charged for what he did but was he also attempting to impersonate an officer by flashing his badge?
