A Cold Night in Hell - winter.

Real ones know the generational run this crew had

On February 26, 2025, I was wrongfully denied boarding by @AirFrance at LAX while traveling with my certified service dog. Within minutes, my body gave out. I collapsed. Paralyzed. Drooling. Seizing on the floor. I had flown with her for 98 hours internationally without a single issue. A 13kg Staffy. the runt of her litter. People usually think she’s not more than 8months cos of how small she is. @AirFrance staff were petting her, smiling, and playing with her just minutes before they denied us boarding. @AirFrance demanded documents I was never legally required to show. ( like a breeding pedigree called LOF in France, a document that I had unfortunately for them trying to move to goal post ) I gave them everything they asked. I followed every rule They still refused to let me board. After going back and forth for 30min with them trying to get some kind of justification for the denial I collapsed. Full carpopedal spasm, a neurological shutdown caused by acute psychiatric trauma. I was unresponsive. I couldn’t speak. I couldn’t move. Hyperventilating and drooling on the floor.. the most humiliating scary moment in my life. I was there in public view while Air France staff stood by and watched. I can remember my manager screaming and asking for help thinking I was having a heart attack and might die. The situation spiralled out of control. Police and paramedics arrived gave me olanzapine and started to explain me while I was on the floor that a part of my body would remain paralysed for few hours and I needed to go to the hospital immediately. But I couldn’t even go to the hospital. It was the last day of my visa, and I knew if I left with first responders, I risked being detained and not knowing what could happen to my dog and she’s my everything. I was evacuated on a wheelchair. Since then, I’ve been under intensive psychiatric care. I’ve been reposting photos and trying to act like I’m ok but I’ve lost months of my life. I lost so many opportunities because I’m still recovering. I still experience partial paralysis and I’m not fully myself not sure if I ever will be tbh It was a codeshare flight sold by @Delta. I now have a federal @USDOT case open involving both airlines. I’ve submitted over +150 pages of legal and medical records, including the emergency police and paramedic reports, psychiatric prescriptions, video surveillance, urgent need for neurological and psychiatric care and witness statements. I have three federal admissions of wrongdoing from @AirFrance. @Delta formally shifted blame onto Air France saying they are the only responsible. So I now have a federal case opened. They have admitted EVERYTHING They admitted violating U.S. disability law (Part 382). Their response? A €600 voucher…… and a promise to train their staff on service animals ……. For a neurological collapse. Psychiatric trauma. Bodily paralysis Immigration consequences. Career loss. €600 voucher from @airfrance A full discrimination. medical negligence. racial profiling. Despite being French myself, I was treated like a criminal. A threat. A burden. @AirFrance don’t take invisible disabilities seriously. They don’t take service animals seriously and their staff is racist as hell. @AirFrance loves to advertise inclusivity through its Saphir program and sustainability pledges, but what happened to me shows the truth. It’s all branding. Behind the scenes, they’ve failed to protect even the most basic rights of psychiatric and neurodivergent passengers. What happened to me is not an isolated mistake And I’m still trying my best to heal and hold @airFrance and @delta accountable to make sure what happened to me doesn’t happen again to other vulnerable individuals.
