Honestly think Martin had the hardest job at #lofc . The pressure when results aren’t going your way, the day to day difficulties and stress of running the football side of things. But at the same time if any member of staff was in a difficult place Martin was always there. Such a calming and inspiring leader. We need more people like Martin in ⚽️. It’s a sad day to see him leave. I owe Martin so much, I know for a fact the club wouldn’t be where it is now without him. Thank you Lingy for everything on and off the field and Thank you for inspiring so many of us.
