We work 8 hours a day to enjoy 5 hours in the evening. We work 5 days a week to enjoy 2 days on the weekend. We work a year to enjoy 4 weeks of holiday. We work 45 years to enjoy 10 years in retirement. Then we wonder why everyone is miserable and depressed all the time.

We can’t keep pretending the same old Washington song and dance works. CEO pay always goes up while workers’ wages stay flat. The DC Country Club hands out tax breaks to large corporations and tells the American people that it will “trickle-down.” It’s hasn’t and it doesn’t — the system is rigged by and for Big Money. People who work for a living are paying the price. It’s time for a new tune.

Illegals get it all free. Health insurance is just another way to rape the consumer so corporations can get rich and pad pricing on multiple levels. Pricing of services should be fixed and posted whether it’s pay by cash or insurance. The reason prices aren’t fixed is so they can all manipulate who gets what when they screw you.

I’ve been talking about this for a few years… I’ve hypothesized that the biggest trademark of the younger generation will be migration out of the United States… They just don’t simply see the benefit of staying in a system that they have an extremely small chance of making it in… Why waste their whole life being a tax base slave when they can go live somewhere far cheaper and in many cases, be safer and have a far better quality of life

@RealTraderJill I live alone, my kids do come over on the weekends for a meal or two. I pretty much buy the same stuff every Friday. It used to be around $120, last Friday it was $230.

Add in a bag of cat food (I feed the outdoor critters) and a case of bottled water and this is how little you get for $89.00 these days. There isn't exec any meat....

@travisakers I made pretty much the same this year as last and it went up by $3,100. Utilities up, insurance up, groceries up, gas up. Luckily I have savings to supplement but I don’t want to spend it on necessities.

My federal taxes were $2,900 higher this year and I made 20% less income than last year. My property tax has tripled in six years. Our government is failing Americans.

Expected them to be thrilled Instead they were horrified. Spent the next 20 minutes trying to get me to finance it at some absurd rate Got me curious so after I left I read about car sale profit models. Apparently most US dealerships make more financing now than from the cars themselves I was such a boomer I assumed they'd want CASH In reality they want your ETERNAL SLAVERY at 19% APR
