You put a whole summer of skill work in only to have your bag negated by a defender that put more work in on explosion and strength. Bottom line is for every 2 skill sessions there needs to be some form of resistance training.

New Scrubs is VERY good. It has a level of heart that I didn’t even realize I was missing in my modern television. Might even be the best revival/reboot so far, by simply succeeding at being exactly the old show that woke itself up in 2026 and addresses that fact head on.
