@Lads_Like_Us Thank you for sharing this…Relational risk taking is so important from both directions. @sarahpritchsp is such a good example of when #socialwork ers understand this well. 👏🏼 Meeting people at human level first is where the real work has the best chance of success.

We took a risk as much as she took a risk with us. Through co production weve done some amazing work,just goes to show what you can achieve when you meet people on a human level first, she's changed our views massively and we learned don't let bad experiences cloud your judgement

Been on the phone to our mentor @sarahpritchsp from @barnardos we love how she always treats us as her equal, has done from day 1 if wed of known she was also a #socialwork er because it was early days we may of not engaged with her that was our bias. #SocialWorkTwitter

@Beth_NQSW Increasingly common to find specific teams doing this work in local authorities. In our experience they are usually very dynamic and creative teams doing excellent direct work…
