Can anyone help anon? I’m looking for additional staff wellbeing ideas for the weeks and term ahead. All the essential support is already in place, backed by a superb SLT — but I’m wondering if there are any other creative or thoughtful ideas out there to boost morale.

@nourishworkplce @Headteacherchat We have done all sorts! We painted canvas of each other! These went up in the staffroom! We have done pub quizzes and snacks, Christmas wreath making, we have learnt new skills eg pasty making and made pies to take home tea. The point is to spend quality time together.

Class R have had a super time this week thinking about diversity week. They have created their own rainbow sticks and bunting based on the pride flag and they have considered what makes us all different and special. Well done Reception!

Year R had a fantastic time watching and taking part in the steel band as part of our windrush celebration! They even worked hard to create their own Windrush inspired music!

Very proud of our smart cup winners this week - Year 2 for creating and delivering a beautiful birthday card to resident of Cheshire Grange Home celebrating her 105th birthday. Happy birthday Peggy. Well done Year 2. 🌠💫✨

Geography Fieldwork Festival 2025 Year 2 investigated habitats on our school grounds and the animals that we may find there #SSMYear2 #SSMGeography #SSMGeographyFieldworkFestival

Year 3 investigated whether the distance between the light source and an object changes the size of the shadow - they used amazing scientific vocabulary and working scientifically skills! #SSMScience 🔦💡

As an introduction to our science topic, Year 5 have been investigating parts of a flower using flowers from our school garden 🌿🌼 #PrimaryScience #OutdoorLearning #CuriousMinds

Year 6 loved their post-SATs pizza picnic.

Reception had a brilliant time in their new courtyard playing with their buddies! Well done what some really creative play!
