@Breakthecycle2 @DiedSuddenly_ I’m in paramedic school. One of my instructors in the last 25 years has never seen epiglottis. Today epiglottis is heavily on the rise. It can be very fatal if not vaccinated against.

I wish more parents would understand that this is more the norm than not. People are so conditioned to believe you need vaccines. What diseases do they “prevent” that will actually kill your child because there are no treatments? Good luck finding one, meanwhile this shit stays in their bodies forever.

OK guys, time to adress these rumors. 1) Helicopters of the 160th SOAR are equipped with the latest Laser Countermeasures System 2) it was 2am, MANPADS operators are not robots, they're not 24/7 ready to shoot. The helicopters entered Caracas very fast, they could have shot when they left, but couldn't take the risk to shoot helicopters carrying the president.

Hey, so chatting with Venezuelan vets now (not going to say who they are), FANB pushed most of their Air Defense assets to cover north of Caracas — including their S-125s, because that’s where they presumed any American infil would come from (a fair presumption). In reality, SOAR bypassed them and USAF hit FANB’s point defense and SHORAD assets (read Buks) that threatened their insertion route. Put another way, FANB’s air defense assets were positioned decently competently, and they did in fact put up a fight. There’s just not a whole lot anyone can do against the JSOC boys at night.
