@JeremyRoss77 That's vacation done right! I am the total opposite. Four weeks off and I don't take more than 3 days (+ a weekend) at a time.

I put in for my summer vacation time off last week, just waiting for the approval before Kristin and I book the getaways. I'm using all four weeks of paid time off in a four week block again, starting right after the WSOP ends. On tap for this summer includes: My annual pool party at the house. My annual Casino pool party/ evening dinner My daughters birthday party A three day camping trip to Utah with my peeps Two 3 day getaways just with Kristin and myself... no kids. We are going to San Francisco for a weekend, and Sedona Arizona for another weekend. I'm going to try and squeeze in 2 "stay-cations" on the strip also... at a Caesars property. And some house projects need to be done sometime during those four weeks off. #summervacation

@jayochoa84 I mean what's your betting strategy here other than ensuring you can only lose? Is this just for the points to rack up?

@StripStumble People get wonky on the internet. Especially when discussing sparkling wines and Champagne. I stopped correcting most things, since nobody seems to take a joke and/or is way too serious. Heck, I get criticized and mocked for liking Wynn too much. Which is odd, but, whatever. 😝

@darrenc777 Champagne is from a very specific region in France. This is cheap Prosecco. I assumed if you were criticizing the quality that you had a finely tuned pallete that expected the real stuff.

THE MGM GRAND IS A VERY UNDERRATED HOTEL. IT HAS A STADIUM. IT HAS A WORLD CLASS POOL COMPLEX. IT HAS HIGH END RESTAURANTS. IT HAS ONE OF THE BEST NIGHT CLUBS IN VEGAS. THE ROOM SELECTION AT MGM GRAND GOES FROM REGULAR TO 5🌟. IT IS AN OFTEN OVERLOOKED MASTERPIECE IN LAS VEGAS

@Pergggggg @m6drop @mrvallejo Agreed. the new rooms like nice, some good food options, but I have never enjoyed gambling there. Way too far of a walk to the nearest casino too - I need to bounce around when things aren't going well.

@jayochoa84 @offroadgambler I did the "best available" room for my trip in July. Diamond gets me comped resort fees . . . but not comped rooms. I'm hoping they put me in Versailles to check it out.

This is why gas prices go down in the summer at my house. No heating of the water needed. Geothermal heating takes place here in the summer.
