@BellPartnersInc I have been trying to contact someone for the last 2 weeks to fix my upstairs neighbor situation. All day long I hear elephants stomping around. I’ve had to take sleeping pills to get to sleep. This is a violation of article 21 “prohibited conduct” on our lease.
