Modern military drone operations depend not only on the drones themselves, but also on critical support infrastructure such as stable electricity, cooling systems, communications networks, server rooms, charging stations, radar, and monitoring equipment. Damaging these support systems can disrupt launches, surveillance, coordination, and command capabilities even if the drones themselves remain intact, making infrastructure strikes strategically significant in modern warfare. They can’t keep striking until the system is repaired.

Definitely a damaged electrical panel from mobile drone command post. I insist on minimal damages for I compare to flaring fire we witness every day.

Voici Erasto Bahati, gouverneur du Nord-Kivu au compte de AFC/M23, faussement annoncé mort. Il était ce matin à Rumangabo, dans l'enceinte de ICCN qui a été ciblée par des bombardements de drone. On le croyait à Rubaya. Une attaque de drone censé le tuer a démoli un motel et tué des civils innocents à Rubaya. Fait intéressant : Erasto a déjà été frappé par un drone il y a plus d'un an. Il s'en était sorti par chance, mais le chef des renseignements du M23 avait été tué. Erasto en avait gardé une blessure à la main droite, après 3 semaines de convalescence il s'en était remis. I like your comment about this man. He has access to places and information that are rarely accessible or completely inaccessible to many people, yet he talks too much. That makes him someone who could easily become a snitch. You can even see it in the way he speaks about Museveni now, likely because of the level of access he once had. There is no middle ground. You cannot meet the President, sit in important meetings, or gain privileged briefings, only to later externalize those discussions on social media or in public. That is not journalism or analysis! It is a serious breach of trust and basic indiscipline. Once that trust is broken, it is almost impossible to repair. This applies not only to the Commander-in-Chief but even to junior and senior intelligence officers. If you are privileged to be in the room with them and hear sensitive matters, your duty is to guard them. Your reputation is far more valuable than any temporary attention or applause you gain by showing that you “know more” than others. Rwandans, if you have ever met anyone in the picture above and discussed sensitive matters with them, keep that information confidential! As Sun Tzu teaches in The Art of War, true strength lies in discipline, restraint, and strategic patience not in reckless displays of ego. Trying to prove that you are more informed than everyone else is usually driven by ego, and ego has destroyed many promising careers and relationships.
