@AleneTchek This soliciting of dept employees is a violation of Sheriff's Dept policy. I guess he figures what does he have to lose. He won't discipline himself like he doesn't discipline his buddies and voters willing, he won't be a member of the Sheriff Department in less than 30 days.

This video of Sheriff Villanueva asking deputies to donate to his campaign is going around today. In it he complains that ALADS, the deputy union, hasn’t given him the big bucks like it did in 2018 despite endorsing him again. In 2018, union spent a million plus to elect him

City Council is supposed to rep all their constituents not just one race. Until all are treated with dignity and respect as a part of the human not an ethnic race, we cannot expect change. Focus on the right person not a certain race and we might actually start making progress.

The news about LA City Council the past few days is outrageous, but not surprising. Until RIGHT becomes more important than RACE this will continue. During my campaign for sheriff, I saw this often where some pushed race over right. This is an inside norm and is not a surprise.

I’m calling on @CD6Nury to resign immediately. Her hateful comments are unacceptable and beyond egregious. Racism and corruption will not be tolerated in our government. On day one, as City Attorney, I will launch an investigation into the redistricting process.

At the @kbla1580 candidate forum and I cannot believe how many flat out lies @LACoSheriff has rolling off his tongue. IE Mandoyan was not going to be fired. Yes he was, I wrote the dispo for his discipline and it was termination. Nothing he says is truthful.
