🚨WANTED: Per Precinct 4 Constables🚨 On February 26, 2026, a Deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted an investigation in the 19300 block of Stagecoach Breeze Lane regarding a scam in which a suspect falsely claimed to be a law enforcement officer and defrauded a victim of more than $7,000 by telling them they had active warrants for their arrest. During the investigation, the deputy traced the funds and identified the suspect as Valencia Sirra Valenzuela, of Edgewater, Maryland, as the individual who received the money. During an interview, she provided inconsistent statements that did not align with the complainant's bank records and other evidence. She also showed no intention of returning the money to the victim and attempted to blame her boyfriend for the theft. "Valencia Sirra Valenzuela is currently wanted by law enforcement for Felony Theft (HC2602-03677). 🚨 COLD CASE BREAK in the notorious Houston Lovers Lane Murders The Harris County District Attorney’s office announced that 64-year-old Floyd William Parrott has been charged with capital murder in the 1990 killings of Cheryl Henry, 22, and Andy Atkinson, 21. Parrott has a long criminal history with multiple previous convictions. The couple disappeared after a date night in west Houston. Their bodies were later found in a wooded area off Enclave Parkway. Cheryl was sexually assaulted and murdered, and Andy was tied to a tree and killed in a brutal attack. For more than 30 years, this case remained unsolved despite DNA evidence, multiple investigative leads, and even an extortion attempt to name the killer. Now, a suspect has finally been arrested, marking a long-awaited step toward justice for Cheryl and Andy. According to officials, Parrot was arrested in Lincoln, Nebraska on Wednesday by Houston Police Department officers and the FBI. Justice delayed is justice denied.
