Authorities were alerted almost immediately, and the situation was brought under control quickly and safely. During the incident, players who did not purchase the Panda Hoodie were able to enjoy a brief, free trial. No Moglins were harmed during this incident. The Shadow Panda Moglin is no longer at large and has been safely returned to custody. This case is now considered closed. Stay vigilant. Thank you for your passion and advice! The support team has been getting a lot of tickets from players saying they bought a code that turned out to be “used.” We apologize if the PSA was unclear. The phrase “associated accounts being disabled if issues arise” specifically refers to abusive resellers, price gougers, and scammers who sell fraudulently gained codes to honest players. These villains often claim the code is only valid for one game instead of all, then sell the same code to multiple people under the pretense of an honor system that it's only to be used for ONLY one game. What's even worse, some merchandise orders are made with stolen credit cards or followed by false chargebacks. ⚠️ All scam-related codes are immediately disabled, and any account found involved in THEFT or fraudulent activity will be DISABLED. HeroMart 3.0 is Live, and many new features are now possible, with more to come. Keep an eye out for announcements: Example, "Exciting multiple apparel choices."
