@Koyo__Senpai Seems like you are already in touch with support, which is the best place to resolve the issue. However, it seems this is for "Lobby smurfing" - which means queuing with lower-ranked players, to game the hidden MMR for easier opponents, not smurfing on an alt account.

@Strydagg I am disheartened by the banning of my account due falsely being accused of being a smurf. It is disheartening keeping in mind the fact that I have been a healthy participant of the platform and have never smurfed. Please look into this matter.
