@realDonaldTrump @VP @JDVance @SocialSecurity With these kinds of issues involved, I wouldn't trust a doctor, especially one in the Corpus Christi area, that would be pushing for the surgery. I've already had two really good ones, tell me not to. Any doctor that would actively push for it would be someone who wants the money. Any good doctor would caution against surgery, except as a last resort. As long as I can live with the condition, leave it alone. If chronic pain becomes an issue, only then, do the surgery. One day, this might become the case, if the plantar fibroma starts to calcify.

@realDonaldTrump @VP @JDVance @SocialSecurity Please. Look into changing the requirements at Social Security for Veterans. I had to fight with the VA from 2015 all the way up to 2023. The VA judge granted me 100% Unemployability. The judgment says, DECISION Entitlement to a 50 percent evaluation for bilateral pes planus with collapsed arches and left foot fibroma cyst is granted from January 4, 2017. A clear and unmistakable error is found in the evaluation of bilateral pes planus with collapsed arches and left foot fibroma cyst and a higher evaluation of 50 percent is warranted from January 4, 2017 to the present. EVIDENCE ● Service Personnel and Treatment Records, received April 17, 2007; April 17, 2014 and January 1, 2022, for the period November 5, 2002 to March 1, 2007 ● VA Form 21-526 EZ: Application for Disability Compensation and Related Compensation Benefits, received April 17, 2014 ● Disability Benefit Questionnaire for Foot Conditions, QTC, conducted October 6, 2014 Now because they messed up and misdiagnosed my conditions, it took me up to December of 2022 to correct this. In 2023 I started filing for SSDI in mid 2023. I qualify but the SSA is automatically denying my claim. The reason is because I haven't really worked since 2014. I tried to go back to work full time in 2015, but my condition prevented me from working. The last job I tried to work, they let me go because of my feet inside of 30 days. It was a temp Job position and they didn't have to give a reason. Once the VA finally admitted they messed up, it was too late. My work history was too old. I still qualify because the time period should have started in 2015/2016 with the previous 10 years counting. But since I only started filling in 2023 and later, SSA automatically is denying me. I don't know how to navigate this on my own and I cannot find anyone legal representation because it goes too far back. I would ask that the SSA guidelines be fixed. Any Veteran who has been before a VA Judge and given 100% Unemployability status, should automatically be qualified for SSDI. I shouldn't have to fight for my benefits with the SSA because the VA screwed me over.
