@BloodyPolitics There will be plenty in Perth who will raise an eyebrow at that given some businesses remain closed following a fatal fire last June, which saw two main streets only reopen late last month. £1m was to be given to the council to help towards costs, but no support for businesses.

In fact, it's remarkable the ramp to the car park has passed it's safety inspection as well when you look at it too.

A matter of time before this happened. The main path from the Glasgow Road has been shut over two years, the steps since at least last Thursday - the underside of both a dreadful state with no painting or maintenance done in years. A disgrace for such well used paths & stairs.
