Wow. I have just rang customer services @TheGymGroup to confirm whether they have anti bacterial spray for the public to use to wipe down equipment. He was rude, he shouted at me and put the phone down saying our conversation was going nowhere. I only wanted reassurance 😷😢🤬🤐

So I received these messages for a parcel containing a special item for my bday celebrations in London tomorrow. I called @RoyalMail to ask how I can get my item today. I stressed how important it was and pointed out the fact it is their error. Their response “nothing we can do”
