How is everybody's #NQT year going? Thought we could use this to create a thread outlining all those positives that'll be out there! You are all doing amazingly!

@JamesStringer94 @m_gaughan Hi, hope you are well. Enjoy the remaining time you have left in your training year. If you have questions about #NQT, don't be afraid to ask your uni/school based mentor - sure they'd be happy to help. Feeling scared is normal but remember you have got this far so you CAN do it

@m_gaughan @StudentNqt It's good to be scared - shows that you care and ultimately these scared feelings will ease as you become more experienced. Always seek support and never be afraid to ask questions (even if they sound daft!)

@edutopia All are achievers in their own way. All children are equally valued and appreciated. An understanding that, whilst it is not all work work work, expectations (realistic, achievable, fair etc) still have to be understood and adhered to
