En una industria donde cada vez cuesta más encontrar ideas frescas dentro del género de plataformas, Darwin's Paradox! de @StudioZdt y @KONAMI_ES llega como una propuesta distinta y sorprendente. Este título apuesta por una mezcla de plataformas cinematográficas, sigilo y puzles ambientales, todo protagonizado por una criatura tan inesperada como carismática: un pulpo llamado Darwin. Inspirado en experiencias narrativas como Inside o Little Nightmares, el juego busca ofrecer una aventura accesible pero con personalidad, donde la creatividad de su protagonista se convierte en el motor de toda la jugabilidad. 📝Historia: La premisa de Darwin's Paradox! es sencilla pero efectiva. Darwin es un pequeño pulpo que, tras ser capturado accidentalmente fuera del océano, termina atrapado en un gigantesco complejo industrial lleno de maquinaria, peligros y misterios. A partir de ese momento, su único objetivo será escapar y regresar al mar. Durante su travesía, el jugador recorrerá instalaciones mecánicas, laboratorios y zonas de producción que esconden tanto amenazas como secretos. El juego apuesta por una narrativa visual y ambiental, donde la historia se cuenta más a través de lo que vemos y experimentamos que mediante diálogos o textos. Este enfoque refuerza la sensación de descubrimiento y hace que el jugador se sienta parte del viaje de Darwin. 🧩Gameplay: El gameplay es uno de los aspectos más interesantes del juego, ya que aprovecha las habilidades naturales de los pulpos para construir mecánicas únicas. Entre las principales habilidades de Darwin encontramos: - Camuflaje para esconderse de enemigos o pasar desapercibido. - Disparo de tinta para distraer o bloquear amenazas. - Movimiento flexible por superficies gracias a sus ventosas. - Capacidad de colarse por espacios diminutos para explorar rutas alternativas. El diseño de niveles combina plataformas, pequeños puzles y momentos de sigilo, obligando al jugador a observar el entorno y utilizar las habilidades de Darwin de forma creativa. El ritmo es bastante equilibrado, alternando momentos de exploración tranquila con situaciones de tensión cuando aparecen enemigos o secuencias más peligrosas. 📺Gráficos: Visualmente, Darwin's Paradox! destaca por un estilo artístico muy cuidado que mezcla realismo en los entornos industriales con una animación muy expresiva del protagonista. Su combinación de mecánicas creativas, narrativa ambiental y protagonista carismático logra construir una aventura entretenida y con identidad propia. Puede que no reinvente completamente el género, pero sí demuestra que todavía hay espacio para ideas originales cuando se apuesta por conceptos diferentes y personajes memorables. En definitiva, se trata de una aventura que destaca por su originalidad, su atmósfera y su diseño de mecánicas, convirtiéndose en una experiencia muy recomendable para quienes disfrutan de los plataformas con personalidad y un toque cinematográfico. 🔝8/10, con un platino de dificultad 3, ya que solo requiere pasarnos el juego, conseguir 20 coleccionables, y alguna que otra misión si que nos vean o capturen, pero con paciencia y sin prisas, acaba saliendo.
