@MiamiHODL lol yup. The line the fud is referencing from the 8-K is a standard corporate governance provision statement; no implication of resigning. That being said, Jack said he'd be disappointed in himself and the team if no update by late Q1 so that's all I'm keeping an eye out for.

@StudyBitcoin_ They did a convertible bond in summer, now that wouldn't make sense since there is no premium really. My guess is they will get more Bitcoin once the businesses are up and running? He's stated multiple times that they have a low time preference, so might be a while.

Imagine Bitcoin leverage financed by operating cash flow instead of perpetual dilution of shareholders, that's what Twenty One $XXI is planning to do. Hopefully the business gets going soon so that Twenty One can get some more low cost basis Bitcoin. I imagine @jackmallers and Tether are cooking up something great. Get the shares while they're trading below NAV, it's cheap. NFA.

@EliBenSasson The reason for shitting on scamcoins are because most of them tout they are fixing non-existent flaws in Bitcoin and also conflating themselves with Bitcoin... among other things. This is all while gaslighting the public ("we're all in this together but Bitcoin isn't special").

If you truly believe in freedom and self-sovereignity, you shouldn't be calling anything a shitcoin. Don't like it? Don't hold it. No reason to shit on it.
