Garry would be a little more different from dolly, it does walk slowly and teleport if too far (optional), he will also freeze time around a short area (including entities) it stays for 3 seconds, insta kill when in contact

Balloon SpongeBob would be a group type entity with multiple of them around the map, it's simple, they float slowly and slowly go to the nearest player, when in contact it will pop which attracts any other entity nearby, with also losing 40 hp
