Israel has passed a law to execute Palestinian detainees. Death by hanging. Mandatory sentencing. No pardon. 90 days to kill them. It applies through military courts - 97.5% conviction rate. Doesn't apply to Israelis. Horrific apartheid - worse than South Africa. Silence

Also it’s interesting they are linking it to inflation in 2026 - in 1994 it was £8 to stand on the Kop in 2026 that would be £17.10 if it had kept in line with inflation 🤷‍♂️

@_lfcsb @spiritofshankly FSG purchased the club for £300 million in '10. Forbes valued the club in '25 at £4 billion. That's almost a 14-fold increase in value for the owners. But they still increase ticket prices, just to line their pockets even more. Football is nothing without fans. Walk out. Protest.

Earlier this year the club posted record revenues of over £700m. This increase generates them just £1.2m. Or 3 weeks of Mo Salah if you’d like The question has to be why, and why can’t we find ways that sees club revenues grow but supporters not paying more?

Liverpool FC can confirm it will increase general admission ticket prices limited to inflation for the next three seasons, while freezing junior and local general tickets at £9 each. 🔗 lfc.tv/4t9lOKn

I’d encourage supporters to read the below from the Supporters’ Board and the reaction from supporters involved in the discussions As chair of @_lfcsb we were clear to the club that this was the wrong thing to do. Supporters paying more and more for years to come isn’t necessary
Liverpool FC Supporters Board@_lfcsb

This is an extremely disappointing decision from the club. We were clear to them that increasing prices for three seasons in a row is wrong and unfair Here’s our initial reaction to this

We do not know where Mohamed will play next season. This also means that no one else knows. Beware of the click-whoring attention seekers.

Gonna organise a Covid anniversary on my street tonight. 7PM, pots and pans and a huge round of applause for The NHS. A tradition that we should never have let slide. Let’s put the GREAT back in Britain and rewind back to 2020-2021 when Britain had a backbone.
