Another dumb idea just passed. They think having a 740 credit score means you’re rich. I know many hard working people w/ 740+ credit that barely make it. They work hard. They pay their bills ON TIME. They don’t over extend themselves. Yet, the law punishes the responsible & rewards the irresponsible. To the responsible ones, you keep leading the way. I 🫡 you for choosing hard instead of easy. Short term, it’s annoying. Long term, you’ll WIN!

I want to get this off my chest..... The real estate market in 2022 has absolutely kicked my ass. It was raining money in 2021 and my team and I were in the top 1% in the entire country. We were a well oiled machine closing dozens of loans every month.

Buyers have all the leverage right now. Sellers have very little. If you are on the fence, I would recommend getting off of it. This could change very quickly back to a sellers market with bidding wars. #mortgage #interestrates #buyingahome #buyersagent #realtor
