PlayStation are internally working on a IP Preservation system to properly archive data, art assets and materials from its older games!
Games such as PaRappa the Rapper, Ape Escape, Sly Cooper and Jak & Daxter are featured on the presentation art! 👀

If access to your games depends on constant validation, that raises real concerns for long-term preservation.

Any PlayStation game purchased digitally after March's sytem update will reportedly now require an internet connection once every 30 days to validate the license 🎮 If the console stays offline longer than that, the games will not launch until you reconnect (via @MrZackXOfficial)

@ObsoleteSony No console, at any point in history, got hyped like the PS3 did. My ability to get hyped for new consoles was greatly dimished after the PS3. The PS5 doesn't even feel distinctly japanese, like all PS platforms from VITA all the way down to the PS1 and that's painful.

@WindLigerAcadem @IGN Millions disagree. You could say Age of Empires is a horrible, boring strategy game, but that's just another example of a subjective, unsubstatiated opinion. SB is mechanically complex and brillant. Maybe hack and slash isn't your thing. Also, sexi character, but far from porn.
