Is hyper-depressed a term? If not it should be. Because I'm pretty sure I am hyper-depressed.

To push through momentary pain, we need a reason and a realistic plan for what comes next. To ask ourselves to push through pain "just because" is silly. Our brain is very reasonably going to ask, "why are we doing this? What's the upside?", and we need to have a good answer.
