I love discussing warframe lore because everyone has wildly different interpretation. If you thought something was literal and clear as day, someone out there has an insane theory that will make you second guess yourself.

@blurgush @RemnantonTwitch I don't believe that's correct. The operator answers the voice in the memory, not in the refractory, we know this because Adis hears them. We also see Itzam ask the operator about "the voices" implying that it's been an on going issue at that point in time.

@LoewyEli the 1999 soundtrack is the perfect blend of camp and badass. it really captures that late 90s, early 2000s sound well. "It Cures" is my favorite from the Hex story. For sure a call back to "The Call" but also "This is What You Are"

@Therealmoyoni if I'm remembering correctly, he said that in a recording and we didn't see what he looked like then. But his voice sounded similar. It's possible he was already in the body we know. Also possible that the blue fades without kuva or other orokin practices.

@RemnantonTwitch wally was present in tau back then though. remember we heard the voices in our head a few times during the old peace. he seems to have been trapped in the origin system with us since though. it's interesting to consider he's still bound by space and time

@SubtleDuck89 Hard to say what is really going on. Adis seems to be affected by Wally but, apparently Wally doesn't have access to that area. On the drifter side we are called the killer. So unless the drifter is apart of the system we are going to and not the operator then I got nothing.
