Beautiful sunny day here in Suffolk, great day to be exploring small villages on the bike - thats this afternoon taken care of.

1 hour cardi/muscle workout before 1st cup of coffee, and the sun is shining. Not a bad start to a Sun.....

Been trying my hand at wine tasting - not sure I've got the hang of it, my heads thumping already !!!!!

Walking in the snow seems to make everyone happier and more sociable, or is this just a Suffolk thing????

Need to defrost toes, safely, or I may be a few digits down !!!!

Happy happy New Year one and all. Starting the new year in the normal way, tired cold and hungover but hoping for a great 2010 !!!!

Lovely day here in Suffolk. Hope it continues all weekend, don't want to be at Jimmys Farm in a raincoat and wellies.

The rain has stopped, the sun has come out, might actually be able to get the bike out!!!!!!

Whole packet of Jelly Babies for lunch, not very healthy but needed the sugar.

Spiders webs outside looking amazin this morning, bright and twinkling against a dull sky.

The fog has closed in again ..... can't see the bottom of the garden.

Bright cold start in Suffolk, but the trees look full of colour. Lots of walking and biking the order of the day.

enjoyed biking through Thetford Forest today, bit sandy though made stearing fun !!!!
