30% was the cut-off used to determine if someone was low-income/living in poverty; we weren't supposed to surpass it.

i get why understanding asexuality is hard. explaining sexual attraction as being different than sexual desire or interest is hard for others to understand. sexuality isn't about your interest in sex as an act. but being ace means sex might play a different role in our lives.
