Luffy usually uses a specific set of skills but anything really creative only gets used once or twice. Luffy alone has like 10+ skills he uses pretime skip that were never seen again

@Unnamed2299 @EkozTrap @kareemmpie I watched Bleach twice, you named 2 fights where Ichigo’s plot armor took over giving him a new form for a one time use… every fight besides that Ichigo ends the fight with the same move, the same can’t be said for Luffy, at all. His creativity with his powers is the main point.
