I think when you call someone they pick up the phone from home. The only answer is “yes sir we are working on it”. They can’t even look at your account. Very frustrating specially people in USA.

Whenever I contact for refund through my personal email I get a generic answer “issue resolved”. I don’t know what does it mean because is still there. Looks like chatbot answers all the questions. Please respond in a concrete way so that Americans can understand

@Ghazala24359444 @Hajj_nusuk My account is actually showing that the refund is in wallet. However the form to get money into your account quite tricky. There is only IBAN and SWIFT code but no place for account number. US doesn’t use the IBAN.

@Hajj_nusuk Thanks for the response. I was in the first batch to book the best package of MCDC. After paying 50% I came to know this package is not available for me. Don’t you think it is a heart breaking one
