@sthnjeff You’re absolutely clueless. There’s no way to tell if a teacher is better than others based on test results as kids are all at different levels. And if you did that no teacher would ever share anything with any other teacher, competition would lead to less productivity.

National attack teachers about pay & the amount of holidays they get. Well at the moment there are 900 teacher vacancies, thousands of teachers are getting employed from overseas & basically no 1 wants to be a teacher anymore. Good luck in finding QUALITY teachers for the future.

The country still needed careful management as Covid settled in to a lower level of threat and the current cooker govt has provided anything but. Listen to real economists, not your cooker mates.
