Honestly ive given up baby powder because diaper cream has been doing wonders for me.. I get no rashes and no discomfort for hours on end >.<

The two downsides are that it takes longer to apply then powder does, and also gets a bit of a slippy sensation going the longer you have it on without a change Personally thats not been enough to keep me away from using it every time tho ^^
