I’ve had a fantastic first term at @SchoolMallard it’s been amazing! I don’t think I’ve had the Sunday blues once! Best term of teaching I’ve had. I’ve gone from contracted till may, to permanent, to a TLR. It’s been amazing!

I’ve had a real good reflection on the last week and a half. I’m proper proud of how far I’ve come as a teacher. If 1st year teacher could see me now, he’s be surprised. This last 2 weeks have made think about what I could do better and what I’m doing well. Super happy 😎😎

So proud of the children from Mallard for taking part in their first Trust Games and for showing our Mallard Values by being motivated, and determined 👏🏽 they were a real credit to our academy 💙
