You work until your feet ache and your hands crack. At the end of the month, they take a piece of what you earned. They call it tax. Think about that. They can create money from nothing. You cannot. You pay for it with the only thing you have. Your life. One hour at a time. A farmer grows food. The government takes a share. But the government could have simply printed the money to buy food. Why take from the farmer? Because it was never about the money. It is about the work. Your work. Your obedience. The fact that you showed up, did as you were told, and never asked why someone who can print money still demands yours. A slave does not choose his labour. Neither do you. But the challenge is learning to give without emptying yourself completely, to love others without losing yourself in the process. The alchemy of solitude. For deep thinkers, there is a crucial distinction between loneliness and solitude. Loneliness is the pain of disconnection from others. Solitude is the joy of connection with yourself. In solitude, the deep thinker finally breathes. The noise of the world falls away. The internal landscape becomes clear. Isolation transforms into introspection and that is where the real work happens. The revolutionary act of authenticity. In a world that profits from insecurity, choosing to be genuinely yourself is a radical act. When a deep thinker chooses authenticity over performance, it creates space for others to do the same. It gives people permission to be real in a culture that rewards shallow. If you recognize yourself in any of this, stop apologizing for your depth. You are not broken. You are not too much. I'm going to go ahead and run with this a bit because it has my brain reeling. Excited to see what they drop today. But @tigfoundation is the only credible answer to a problem the entire AI industry is about to hit a wall on and maybe tacit.md is the foundation flagging that wall exists. We'll see. Frontier labs are running out of explicit knowledge. The internet has been scraped. Textbooks, papers, GitHub, Stack Overflow — ingested. The next 10x in capability isn't coming from more tokens of the same stuff; it's coming from knowledge that was never written down because the people who have it solve problems intuitively and ship the solution, not the reasoning. Every algorithmic improvement to a hard optimization problem in industry today is tacit knowledge sitting in someone's head or in proprietary code that never sees daylight. Skills.md and agents.md are the AI industry's attempt to extract tacit knowledge by getting humans to write it down. It mostly doesn't work, because the people who know don't know they know, and the act of writing it down strips out the very thing that made it valuable. If you're a musician or an artist you'll understand this in your own similar way. This is Polanyi's paradox — "we know more than we can tell" — and it's the actual ceiling on agentic AI right now. @tigfoundation's mechanism is the inverse. Instead of asking experts to describe their tacit knowledge, it asks them to demonstrate it against a benchmark, prices the demonstration via token rewards, and licenses the resulting IP. The algorithm submission to TIG is the externalized tacit knowledge. This is a genuinely novel primitive. We haven't seen anything like before and the timing couldn't be better. Big things are coming for $TIG.

Go solo, charge into a banquet passing through multiple Secret Service agents 2. Carried nothing but a shotgun, a pistol and multiple knives 3. @game_for_one I don’t believe in narrative anymore either. You have to build implicit lock-in properties into your offering; otherwise, it will fail.... even if you’ve created something nearly perfect. People are already overwhelmed by so many options, and it’s only going to get worse.

Been speaking to a few teams lately - all deep in AI, real products, real usage, smart token flywheels. The common thread? Nobody knows they exist. The biggest bottleneck isn’t the tech. It’s attention. These teams are building well but have no idea how to make people care. In this market teams need to remember, distribution is a large part of the product. The narrative is the moat before the tech ever gets a chance to be.
