I need feedback. Is this right design choice for a small lot build or more modern? Modern designs can look better as part of a cohesive, denser project, like the famous Blackbirds build in LA. But buyers love this farmhouse look on single family lots. Silicon Valley market.

@realEstateTrent as a finance grad, the "real finance kids" were unbearable lol. but agree. if i could go back i'd choose the same. it was also the most competitive major to get into in our b-school (req'd the highest gpa at the end of sophmore year to declare)

Finance is the best overall undergrad business major. You learn enough economics and accounting to be dangerous, and it’s broadly respected within the business world. Accounting is a solid major, but many will typecast you. Economics is fine. Marketing is the least valuable.
