An alarming domestic incident in Buffalo Township, Pennsylvania, where 48-year-old Erik Pierwsza allegedly used a Kubota excavator to demolish the back of his family's home while his wife and two daughters were inside.
After a night of drinking, an argument broke out when the wife informed him that their marriage was over and they were separating.
Pierwsza reportedly responded by threatening, "If it's over, I'll tear the house down".
He got onto the excavator and ripped into the back section of the house and the roof while his family remained inside.
The wife called 911—dispatchers could hear the family yelling and the machinery tearing through the house in the background. The family escaped uninjured and fled to safety.
Pierwsza left the scene, but turned himself in to the police hours later.
