@SuncoastCU @AlarmistSantin @LaunchCU I paid my cc bill 2 weeks ago and was charged TWICE. On TWO occasions money was taken from my checking account and paid toward my credit card. Last week, ONE of the cc payments was reversed, but that money was NOT refunded to my checking account. This is theft. You stole my money

@SuncoastCU @LaunchCU And how do you expect people to get to work to be able to pay their loans without the ability to pay rent or get to work? Money just appears out of nowhere?
You ought to know and respect the fact that money comes from people working but you apparently don't care about that.

@SuncoastCU @FLMoUTH This same thing happened to me, I am locked out of my credit card for no fault of my own. I am seriously considering banking elsewhere, this has been a mess.

@SuncoastCU I must say that the new credit card program at least for me crashed and burned out of the gate now I have active cards but with no access to view or pay and you are directing my to a site that doesn’t load WTFO
