A major lift for Arizona State University’s California Center in Downtown LA: new 300-ton chillers, cooling tower refurbishments, controls upgrades, and other central plant improvements. Proud to continue a partnership that now reaches beyond Arizona.

Sundt’s California team earned two DBIA-WPR awards with San Diego State University and AC Martin for the Sciences & Engineering Laboratories at SDSU Imperial Valley in Brawley—a 66,000-SF facility supporting education, research and workforce development in Lithium Valley.

Huge shoutout to the SR 202 Santan Freeway Widening team! On track for spring 2027, the project has delivered $2.9M+ in savings, will reconstruct 26 ramps, and pioneered ADOT’s first FHWA-approved concrete reuse method—recycling 100% of demolished concrete.

Where rail meets road, a new interchange is taking shape in Heyburn. Sundt crews are replacing two bridges, building a partial-offset diamond interchange, and adding a railroad overcrossing — improving traffic flow and long-term reliability.
