‘28 Bryce Grubenhoff (Little Miami HS, OH) @BryceGrube23
A ‘28 that is poised for a huge spring & circuit. Working mostly 85-88, the arm speed is evident. SL really works in mid 7s @ 2300+. Great feel for pitch design. #LegendsScout@Cincy_Legends@GatesJ_
Overwhelming how many of our guys are up 5+ mph from the offseason…
The best part… we don’t offer a “velocity program,” we just prioritize the boring stuff that works.
No plyo ball over 7 oz has been thrown…
Lowering the risk of injury/prioritizing the athlete may not be sexy, but it works…
Movement efficiency + sleep + nutrition + gym = long term boring gains 🤷🏼♂️ @mineperformance
Successful day @mineperformance Scout Day. Not only did I hit a new PR, but I also got to face some of the best competition around! Thank you to all who made this possible. Big sophomore season ahead! @tclarkpitching@PickettPitching@SundyPitching
Excited to announce that I'll be returning to Quebec City this summer, this time as the hitting coach for @CapitalesQuebec! Looking forward to being back in professional baseball!

Pitchers with arm pain…try this out 👇👇
1. Half kneeling w down swing. Properly feeling the torso work back as you create a clean and efficient arm swing behind the head. Let the glove side work feel the chain of the glove side and chest pulling while accelerating the arm forward
2. Split Stance w down swing. Same feeling as before with a more grounded feel of the lower half
3. Full motion down swing. Incorporating a more game like feel out of the split stance. Teaching the body to not throw before we get full scap retraction and the ball is behind the head.
4. Pendulum swings. Another great feel for keeping the arm relaxed out of the down swing. A more game like feel where we transition to the mound out of this progression.
Hiking Camelback trail & had to take a second to reflect…
Feeling grateful for everything that @mineperformance has done..not just for the the athletes…but for my own personal growth
Incredible culture that truly wants to develop every single person involved in building the bigger picture
@minebaseball_ to the moon 😤
