I actually brightened by day, by bringing light to my friends terrible day! It was so healing for the both of us. I’m so thankful she let me in and that I was able to change so much! I’m so lucky to have her in my life 🩷🩷

@dariacore__ I’m so glad to hear the improvement! If it ever comes back / starts to come back you might be able to manage it before it goes to such extremes for relief like you said. But that is up to you. Let no one else make these decisions or speed run your journey for you!!

@Sunflower150889 thank you so much. it feels like my biid almost completely went away. the psychological distress of it all is pretty much gone. its really beautiful. its just hard that i had to go to such extremes for this relief.
