I also need to think about it, but in a surface level Chainsaw Man's ending is extremely similar to Takopi's. Obviously the motives of the characters and many other things are different, but they are also similar in the main themes.
Especially in the bittersweet tone of both.

@Sunnba_ Why tho? What does that moment do to really ‘flip the story around’ or ‘emotionally charge’ you? Personally I was waiting for an Iori and Samura convo that would do that, but that never really ended up happening.

I think Kagurabachi doesn't have that 'it' moment as of right now. One of those moments that emotionally hurts you/flips the entire story upside down. Currently it's really good every chapter but doesn't really 'peak' anywhere.
