Ik heb een juristische vraag. Stel dat fase 3 in werking gaat, waarin we geen olie meer mogen gebruiken omdat onze overheid een oliecrisis heeft -omdat ze blijkbaar alleen gebruik maken van olie die door de Straat van Hormuz komt, terwijl dat hooguit 6% is van de Nederlandse olie aanvoer-. Mogen wij dan, als burgercollectief zelf gezamelijk inkopen bij de overige 94% aanbiedende landen? Onze overheid lijkt liever crises op te starten om verboden op te leggen en om te kunnen reguleren ten gunste van derden dan in oplossingen voor het land en het volk te denken.
