@DarrenDingo Fuck it, went and knocked it out. Just gonna shove it in the freezer to cool it right down then I'll put it back in and see how it goes.

@DarrenDingo I'll have to make a wedge and put it through the proper hole to knock it out. I wonder if the whole thing got warm for one reason or another and that's why it came out. Will have to look closer at some point, check bearings and stuff.

Yeah, she's fucked :/ Inside it is a bit cooked and the interference fit isn't working properly. But that's ok because I got it to work just long enough to finish what I was doing.

It's the first time it's just fallen out tho, but for the amount of damage it's done it more than once. If I remember I'll see if I can take a photo of inside where it goes up

@DarrenDingo Yeah, we've had this one for years, it was an ex factory one and has a fair bit of abuse. The female section internally has A LOT of burring/gouges and damage. It isn't getting the perfect seat, I have wiped it all out but there isn't much that can be done :/

@SunriseTerror It's a Morse taper, try lowering the drill handle down a bit then slam it up so your not slamming the taper into the back/end. Have you used drills before, genuine question no ill. Im a fitter/machinist.
