I wish I hadn’t canceled my Tesla solar and powerwall order for @Sunrun. They haven’t been able to fix the system on our house since installation and it has been over a year now (January 2025). 13 times scheduled for repair. April 15 is their next attempt. How does one get out of this mess?? I am so done with it.

@Ford @Sunrun My Ford Lightning does not work as a battery back up after 3+ years. Ford I love the truck but promises haven’t bee kept please refund me for the truck or wipe the remaining balance and let me keep it. Sunrun please refund the installation.

@Sunrun Tanner called me to say he does not have the ability to fix the issue and @Ford may email me instructions on how to fix it. But no email. I may just eat my words but it appears @Sunrun is unable to track work or even use your systems correctly.

There has to be something that we collectively can do because this is ridiculous”

I’ve got solar where’s my check? They also lied and didn’t give me my back up battery that was promised at sale only to come back and try to sell a new contract for the battery. Cheaters @Sunrun.

@Sunrun 3. They skip over the high-cost of removing panels and re-installing when a roof needs repair/removal. 4. After panels are removed for #3, they are very slow to reinstall. Sometimes multiple months. 5. The sell used batteries.
