Evening viewing recommendation? On @criterionchannl, watch CLOCKWATCHERS (1997)! Jill Sprecher’s indie gem stars Parker Posey, Lisa Kudrow, Toni Collette, and Alanna Ubach in a deadpan time capsule of late-90s corporate culture that brilliantly captures the malaise and muzak-set absurdity of life inside the cubicle. bit.ly/491ZLuG

We congratulate Guillermo del Toro on receiving the @BFI Fellowship, the highest honour awarded by the British Film Institute, a distinction that recognises an exceptional career that has transformed contemporary cinema. This recognition, presented as part of the 2026 BFI Chair’s Fellowship Award in London, further establishes @RealGDT as a leading figure in global cinema and reaffirms Mexico’s role as a creative cultural powerhouse with international impact. We are especially pleased that this recognition in 🇬🇧 coincides with the BFI’s relaunch of Cronos, underscoring the significance of his work from its very origins and its lasting contribution to global film heritage. Mexico is proud of his talent and of his ability to build cultural bridges that strengthen dialogue between our nations! 🇲🇽🤝🇬🇧

Guillermo del Toro received the BFI Fellowship, the British Film Institute’s highest honour, in London 🎬 Cate Blanchett presented the award, calling his artistry “more urgent and more essential.” Del Toro won Oscars for ‘The Shape of Water’ and ‘Pinocchio’.

PAN’S LABYRINTH remains a masterpiece 20 years later and my personal favorite Guillermo del Toro film. Just as relevant now as it was upon its original release, it’s a hauntingly beautiful fairytale that seamlessly binds together the whimsical light of fantasy with the crushing darkness of reality, filling the imagination with wonder while breaking your heart. The 4K restoration looks absolutely gorgeous too. A perfect way to kick off #Cannes2026

I need you to know there's an INCREDIBLE HULK episode where David Banner tries acid, freaks out, turns into the Hulk, and then beats everyone up while tripping balls 😅👏

Evening viewing recommendation? On @criterionchannl, watch NIGHTFALL (1956) in our Three Noirs by Jacques Tourneur collection! 🖤 bit.ly/4bZw94W Starring Brian Keith, Aldo Ray, and Anne Bancroft, it's the tale of an innocent man trapped in a senseless and lethal web of seduction and crime. The cinematography by noir specialist Burnett Guffey captures the shadowy, neon-lit city as well as a vast and borderless winter landscape, ranking among his greatest achievements.
